Chicken and cheese pizza
Like any pizza, this recipe for chicken and cheese pizza starts with making dough. Pizza dough can vary, but most often the pizza base is made from yeast dough. The chicken pizza recipe suggests adding potatoes, carrots, boiled eggs and apples to the filling, but you have the right to improvise and choose ingredients to taste.
flour - 200 g, salt - 0.5 tsp, yeast - 10 g, milk - 0.5 cups, or water - 0.5 cups, sugar - 0.5 tsp, vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon, cooked chicken - 1 pc., boiled eggs - 4 pcs., potatoes - 3 pcs., carrots - 2 pcs., apple - 2-3 pcs., Cheese - 100 g, olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
To make a non-sauté yeast dough, first you should dilute the yeast in warm milk or water, then add the remaining ingredients for the dough, except for oil, and knead the homogeneous dough. Add oil at the end of the kneading. Leave the dough for lifting for 2-3 hours (during this time, wash the dough twice). Then roll out a 5-7 mm thick cake from the dough and put it on a fat-greased baking sheet. Chop boiled chicken meat. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into circles 3-4 mm thick. Peel the apples, remove the middle with the seeds and finely chop. Put a third of chicken meat on the dough, chopped eggs on it, potatoes and carrots on top, then a third of chicken meat, apples and remaining chicken meat. Sprinkle the chicken pizza with the grated cheese, pour over the olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
