Neapolitan pizza

First, the yeast dough is prepared (see previous recipes), rolled into a ball, covered with a clean napkin and put in a warm place. Then one proceeds with filling preparation. Clean tomatoes are covered with boiling water, peeled off, garlic is kneaded. Onion is cut and, together with garlic, slightly dried in margarine, after which it is allowed to cool and salt and pepper are added to taste. A cake is rolled out from the dough and placed on a baking sheet lubricated with fat. The cake is greased with tomato paste, sprinkled with thyme and rosemary. One covers with a layer of fried onions. On top evenly spread mugs of tomatoes, pieces of ham and sausage, olives, as well as slices of cheese. The pizza is sprayed with butter and baked for 30 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200 C. The finished pizza is sprinkled with rosemary leaves.
