Potato pizza with apples and onions
Boil the potatoes in a uniform, peel, crush and cool. Finely chop the onion and put it out in oil. Knead the dough from potatoes, flour, eggs and cottage cheese, salt, pepper. Peel the apples, remove the middle with the seeds, cut the flesh into cubes. Finely chop the remaining 2 bulbs, extinguish in oil, add apples and simmer for another 2 minutes. Make tortillas from the dough, make a depression in the middle of the tortillas and put the filling in it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs. Bake for 25 minutes.
