Crush the yeast and dilute in 175 g of warm water. Sift the flour with a slide, make a depression in the middle, pour diluted yeast into it, 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, salt and knead the dough. Cover and let stand for half an hour. Roll the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour, put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Put the chopped tomatoes on the dough, salt, pepper, cover with slices of cheese. Pour the remaining butter over the pizza. Bake for 15 minutes.
