Thaw the puff dough for half an hour. Peel the onions and garlic, finely chop and sauté in vegetable oil. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Add finely chopped greens at the end. Roll the dough and cut into 10 squares. Moisten the baking sheet with cold water, lay out the dough squares, grease with the prepared tomato sauce and put out various additives to taste: slices of raw smoked sausage, filled with paprika olives, capers and finely chopped greens or shellfish, champignons, onion rings, finely ground pepper, or rings of sweet red pepper, olives, small onions and sardines. Sprinkle the squares with coarse cheese, let stand for 15 minutes. Bake for 15-18 minutes in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees. Serve hot.
