Put the cabbage in a frying pan and simmer under the lid, providing it with red ground pepper at will. When the cabbage becomes almost completely soft and turns brown, we pass through a meat grinder along with cool eggs and peeled walnuts. Then mix the mince, sprinkle sugar to taste and start dumplings. It is good to serve such dumplings with a sauce of fresh cream, salted and seasoned with mayonnaise: 1 cup of cream - 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
