Knead the dough, as usual for dumplings. Let it lie down for 30 - 40 minutes, then roll it into a layer with a thickness of
1. 5- 2 mm. 300 g finely chopped leaves of young nettles and 50 g chopped onions mix and fry on 1-2 tbsp. spoons of oil. Dumplings are formed and boiled in boiling salted water. Serve with butter or sour cream.
