Pour the sifted flour onto the table with a mound, make a depression in it, into which pour water, eggs, add salt and knead quickly. Let the dough lie down until finished for 20-30 minutes, then roll it out with a thin cake and cut out circles with a small cup, on the middle of which you put the filling (approximately 1 teaspoon), combine the edges of the dough circles, pinch and put on a board sprinkled with flour. Store until cooked in a cool place. Cook for about 6-8 minutes in boiling salted water or in meat broth (1 liter of liquid per 250 g of dumplings).
