Lean mushroom dumplings

Soak 10 pieces of dried mushrooms in three waters and cook until they are soaked. Then finely cut and fry them in vegetable oil, add chopped river fish there, cleaning it from bones. Salt and sprinkle with pepper. Fry several bulbs separately in oil and put in the same place. Interfere with this mass and, when it is completely cooked, make ordinary dumplings from dough without yeast.
