One of the most interesting varieties of pasta is ravioli, a recipe for Italian cuisine. In general, ravioli recipes are very diverse, they are prepared with a wide variety of fillings - meat, cheese, seafood. There's even a dessert recipe for ravioli, filled with fruit and berries.

The dough is rolled out in a large thin square and lightly wetted with water. Using a confectionery bag, every 4 cm lay out mince with walnut-size knels. The second layer of dough is placed on top, pressed to the lower layer and cut into small squares, which are boiled in salted water for 10 - 12 minutes. After that water is expressed, ravioli is poured with tomato sauce, stewed for several more minutes, then they are laid out on a pan or a baking tray, watered with sauce, generously sprinkled with grated cheese and browned in a roasting cupboard. It is supplied hot.
