Yeast is diluted in 300 ml of warm water, added granulated sugar and left for fermentation. When the yeast rises, it is poured into a flour mixed with salt, softened margarine is added and a smooth, uniform dough is kneaded. Cover it with a clean napkin and leave it in a warm place. When the dough doubles in volume, you can start making pizza. The dough is slightly kneaded and rolled into a tourniquet, which is cut into 12 pieces. Each piece is rolled out into a tortilla and placed on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. A small depression is made in each cake. The pizza toppings are then prepared. For this purpose garlic is kneaded and mixed with olive oil. This mixture is lubricated with tortillas, sprinkled with rosemary on top. Let the tortillas lie 15 for minutes, then bake them in the oven at 250 ° C for 15-20 minutes until the top of the tortillas browns.
