Potato dumplings
Knead the dough from eggs, flour, butter, crumbs. Add mashed potatoes. Roll small balls from the resulting dough, roll them in flour and lower them into salted boiling water. Cook dumplings 8-10 minutes. Remove the finished dumplings with a spoon, put in a plate and pour over the broth.
eggs - 2 pcs., flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, ground crumbs - 6 tbsp. spoons, mashed potatoes - 6 tbsp. spoons, broth to taste
