This is a kind of version of "fingers. " We wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with egg, semolina, flour and 100 g of butter. We form dumplings from the dough and cook in cool salted boiling water. We serve hot, crumbling the galushki in grated crumbs toasted in oil, with sour cream.
