cottage cheese - 147 g, flour - 10 g, semolina - 10 g, eggs - 0.25 pcs., sugar - 10 g, butter - 30 g, ground crumbs - 15 g, sour cream - 30 g, salt - 3 g

Mix the strained cottage cheese with eggs, flour, semolina, sugar, salt and part of butter, knead well. Then roll into a thin tourniquet, cut into wedges and cook in salted water. Quickly season hot curd pebbles with ground crumbs fried in butter. Serve sour cream separately to curd pebbles.
