"snails" made from ready-made dough with potato filling




From the finished sheets of stretched dough, a "snail" is made, with a filling of boiled potatoes with onions.

potatoes - 4 pcs., eggs - 1 pc., salt to taste, pepper to taste, onions - 1 pc., vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons

Minced meat is prepared: onions should be chopped with vegetable oil in a saucepan, grated potatoes (cooked in peel a day earlier) should be added, stewed together. Add the egg, salt, pepper, continuing to keep on the heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture turns into a smooth paste, which should cool. Dough sheets are filled with this filling. Each leaf must be sprayed with vegetable oil; a thin tube of potato filling is placed at the edges, the sheets are tightly wrapped, after which they are twisted in the form of snails. They are placed on a greased sheet and put in the oven on a medium fire until slightly browned.
