Dissolve the yeast in sweet milk, stir with flour and margarine and knead the dough with a tight consistency. Cut it into b equal parts and leave it on the board for 1 hour. Roll pieces of dough into thin layers with a rolling pin and cut each of them into 8 squares (cut the edges with figured teeth). Roll each square with a tube, grease the surface with egg yolk and bake. Cut the cooled tubes with a longitudinally sharp knife and fill with ham filling. (It can also be made with cheese, sardines, liver).
