Of all products (except sausages), knead the dough and leave it on the board for 1 hour, then roll it into a square layer 2- 3 cm thick and cut into strips
1. 5- 2 cm wide. Put each strip on small thin sausages (if the sausages are long, cut them in half). Grease the dough surface with egg yolk and sour cream and bake the products until ruddy just before use. For tea, serve the ready-made tubes hot.
