Mix the flour, egg yolk, rum, powdered sugar, a pinch of salt and sour cream well in a saucepan; then knead the medium consistency dough on the board and leave it for 30 minutes. Roll the standing dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick, cut all kinds of geometric figures from it with a shaped knife, cut them with a sharp knife in the middle, thread the ends into the cuts and turn them out. Fry the chopped "chips" in boiling grout on both sides until ruddy and sprinkle with icing sugar.
