Boil the water and margarine, salt, in a saucepan. Then add 40 g of grits flour to them and cook, stirring continuously, until the mass begins to lag behind the walls of the dishes. Then remove the pan from the stove and mix the dough until completely cooled, add 1/3 of the eggs to it, stir well again and put it in a warm place for 60 minutes. Fill the pastry bag with a shaped tip with dough and release it into a hot resin in the form of sticks about 10 cm long. Bake the products on a moderate heat until light brown. Sprinkle hot sticks with icing sugar.
