Pampushki without filling

dilute yeast in milk with 1 st, a spoon of sugar and 1 tbsp. spoon of flour and put in a warm place. when the starter begins to rise, add the beaten eggs, sugar-rubbed yolks, melted fat, salt and stir with a spoon. pour in flour and mash until the dough starts to lag behind the spoon. then set to fit. grease your hands with fat, make pampushki and fry them in sunflower oil.

flour - 500 g, eggs - 2 pcs., yolk - 3 pcs., margarine - 100 g, sugar - 100 g, milk - 1 cup, yeast - 50 g, salt - 0.5 tsp.
