Coffee doughnuts

It is good to mix flour with eggs, mix cold black coffee. Mix and steam well, stirring gradually, until the mass lags behind the walls of the dishes. Cool the dough, roll it out on a floured board into a layer 1 cm thick, cut out circles. Dip each into whipped egg yolks, roll in ground crumbs and fry in hot fat on both sides. Sprinkle ready-made doughnuts with icing sugar.
