Mix the cottage cheese, margarine, flour, salt and sugar thoroughly. Roll and fold the dough 3 times, each time leaving it on the board for 15-20 minutes before rolling. If the filling is from ham, the dough should be made saltier, and if it is sweeter. Having rolled out the dough for the last time into a layer 1 cm thick, form a wide variety of products from it: crumbs, horns, cheesecakes, pies.
