Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water until tender, remove and, without allowing to cool, thoroughly mash with a pusher. Add flour to the mash, drive in 1 egg, salt and mix thoroughly. Make balls from potato mass. Make a recess in the center of each balloon. Mix the curd thoroughly with the remaining eggs and sugar. Fill the resulting mass with potato balls, put on an oiled baking tray and bake in the oven.
