Fried curds (no flour)

1 serving

There are different recipes for cottage cheese. For example, those interested in baking without flour will love this recipe, which uses boiled potatoes instead of flour. Curds can be made from unsalted bryns.

potatoes - 500 g, eggs - 2 pcs., brynza (unsalted) 250-300 g, or cottage cheese - 500 g, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons, flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, vegetable oil (for frying) how much will go, sugar powder to taste

Boil the potatoes in the skin, peel and grate. Grind brynza (if necessary, it should be soaked from salt) carefully to make pasta, mix with beaten eggs, potatoes and vegetable oil. Form round or oval curds from the obtained mass (approximately 1 tablespoon) and roll them in flour. Fry the curds on both sides in a frying pan in preheated vegetable oil until ruddy. Cottage cheese recipes are most often recommended to serve them warm at the table, sprinkled with powdered sugar. To keep curds warm, you can fold them into closed dishes, which can be installed in another dish with boiling water (in a water bath).
