Cheese triangles




Roll the dough into a rectangular layer with a thickness of 5-7 mm. Knock the egg down with 1 tbsp. spoonful of water and grease the dough. Cut the dough into squares measuring 10-12 cm. Cut the cheese into rectangular triangles, which should be 2 cm smaller than the diagonally folded square of the dough. Put 1 triangle of cheese on each square of dough, stepping back from the corner. Fold the squares diagonally without pinching. Grease with egg on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seeds. Put the triangles on a tray greased with oil and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 220 °.
