Prepare dough, roll with a rolling pin into a layer 2-3 mm thick and press on its surface with an ordinary grater so that small holes form on the dough. Cut equal numbers of triangles and quadrangles with cookie punches, lay them on a metal sheet greased with oil and sprinkled with flour, and bake until tender. Glue the baked goods together in two (triangle with a quadrangle) fruit.
