Donuts "rose"

Mix flour, egg yolk, rum, powdered sugar, salt and sour cream well in a dish, then knead medium consistency dough on a board and leave it for 30 minutes. Roll the standing dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick and cut out round cakes of different sizes: large, medium and small. In large and medium cakes, cut the edges in four places (from the middle to the edge) and lubricate their entire surface with egg white. Put the middle one on a large cake, and the smallest one on top. Bake three-story doughnuts in hot fat at moderate temperatures until ruddy. Sprinkle the finished roses abundantly with powdered sugar and put one cherry in sugar or a little fruit in the middle of each. Serve the product warm.
