Beat sugar with eggs (protein and yolk) into foam, add vanilla sugar, butter, 80g almonds, cinnamon. Knead the mass with flour, having previously mixed it with cookie powder, roll the dough into a 0. 5-1 cm thick rolling pin and cut out the rings from it: cut out the cakes with a round cutter, and then with a smaller, also round cutter, remove the middle in them. Put the rings on a fat-greased baking sheet, lubricate the surface with egg and sprinkle with ground almonds. Bake the products at medium temperature.
