Of all products, except cocoa and saw, knead the dough of thick consistency. Mix 1/4 part of it with cocoa and knead it again. Roll light dough (without cocoa) with a rolling pin into a thin layer, like for noodles, and cut out with round molds or small cups of cake. Roll dark dough (with cocoa) into a thick layer and cut out tortillas, slightly smaller than light ones. Bake light and dark tortillas separately at medium temperature, and after baking, glue together in pairs with apricot povidl and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Serve finished products for tea or coffee.
