Cumin bun

Dilute yeast in a small amount of warm milk. Pour flour into a deep bowl, add peeled, cooked potatoes, tar, salt and so much milk passed through the meat grinder to get a dough of medium consistency. Then knead it well, cover it with a cloth and put it in a warm place for about 1 hour. After that, put the dough on a floured board, divide it into three parts, shape a round or oblong bun from each, put the buns in a smeared baking sheet and put in a warm place for another pa 1 hour for lifting. Before baking, lubricate the surface with water and bake in the oven at high temperature for up to 30 minutes.
