Whisk oil, sugar and eggs until thick foam, add flour to it and mix well. Grease the baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with flour. Squeeze the dough from the pastry bag into the baking sheet with the same tortillas at a distance of 2-3 fingers from each other. Sprinkle the tortillas with anise grains on top and bake at medium temperature until beautiful pink. Quickly pour the finished cookies from the baking sheet (cooling, it breaks) and give it the desired shape using a wooden spoon. The yield of cookies is about 30 pieces.
