Honey manna fritters with jam

boil milk and boil semolina on it. add butter to the ready-made porridge and stir well. rub two egg yolks with salt and sugar, put them in a cooled porridge, mix well with a spatula. then add the whipped egg whites, honey to this mass and mix again. pour flour onto a clean table and smooth it with a thin layer. spoon the prepared mass (in small pieces) onto the flour and mold the pancake cakes from it. fry the fritters in an oil-lubricated pan. serve any jam to the fritters.

semolina - 0.5 cups, wheat flour - 1 cup, milk - 2 cups, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, eggs - 2 pcs., honey - 1 tbsp. spoon, or thick jam - 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste, sugar to taste
