Fritters with apples and raisins

cook the dough, add raisins to it. spoon the dough into a hot pan greased with margarine, put apple slices over the dough, fry the fritters on both sides. removing the fritters from the pan, sprinkle them with sugar sand mixed with cinnamon. fritters serve to tea or with milk.
