Raw potato fritters

potatoes are grated and mixed with eggs. a slice of bread is added, wetted, squeezed and crushed with a fork (instead of bread, you can put 2 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal), salt and pepper. you can put a little crushed garlic in the fritters, as well as chopped greens. this mixture is poured one spoon into a deep saucepan or into a pan with preheated vegetable oil. You can serve it both as an independent dish and as a side dish for meat dishes.
