Draniks (potato browns)
The recipes for dranics are slightly different. How to make potato or potato pancakes - everyone has their own recipe. In our family, draniks do this:
potatoes - 1 kg, flour - 30 g, salt to taste, lard - 150 g, sour cream - 200 g
1. Raw potatoes are peeled, grated, salt is added and mixed. If the potatoes gave a lot of juice, it needs to be squeezed out. To prevent the draniks from darkening quickly, you can add a spoon of sour cream. If the potatoes are too watery, a little flour is added.
3. Spoon the mass on a highly heated frying pan into melted fat (lard) and fry the dranics on both sides until a golden crust forms.
4. Sour cream can be served to draniks. But it is very tasty to eat hot draniks with cold milk - immediately, without delay - one at the stove, the rest are taken at the table until they say: "Everything! . . " Don't forget to leave some drunks and a cook!
