Pumpkin fritters
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, grate and simmer. Then let cool, add flour or breadcrumbs, rusted with sugar yolks, a little salt, you can add soda and rusty milk. Mix well and introduce whipped proteins. Instead of flour, you can add an incomplete glass of semolina to the pumpkin. Fry small fritters in well-heated fat. Sour cream and sugar are served to pumpkin fritters.
