Carrots - 1 kg, Milk - 0.5 cups, Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon, Flour - 1 cup (130 g), Eggs - 2 pcs., Salt - 1 pinch (to taste), Vegetable oil (for frying) - 45 ml, sour cream or jam - to servePrepare products.
How to make carrot fritters: Peel, wash and grate the carrots.
Put the carrots in a saucepan and pour in the milk.
Simmer the carrots over a low heat until tender, about 15 minutes.
Then the carrots need to be cooled to room temperature.
Then add flour and sugar to the carrots, salt.
Drive the eggs there.
Knead the dough.
Bake the fritters from the dough in a pan. To do this, pour 1-2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil and heat. Spoon the carrot dough into the pan and level (1 tbsp dough - 1 pancake). Small fritters with a diameter of about 7 cm should be obtained.
Fry the fritters over a medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Pour oil as needed.
Transfer fritters from the pan to paper napkins to get rid of excess fat.
Carrot fritters are ready.
