Pumpkin pancakes with sausage

Pumpkin is peeled off skin and seeds and ground on coarse grater. The sausage, having removed the shell, is finely chopped, the pli is passed through a meat grinder. Raw yolks, ground with fat, are combined with pumpkin and sausage, flour and salt are introduced, mixed. The pancakes are placed on a frying pan with a spoon and browned on both sides. It is served hot, laid in a row on an oblong dish. Tomato sauce is separately served.
