Bake 12 pieces of pancakes in the usual way. Mix thick puree from ground nut, milk, sugar and rum, add raisins and grated orange zest to it. Spread pancakes with this mass and roll into tubes. Before serving, pancakes, poured with butter, fry in a pan, put on a dish and pour over chocolate-rum gravy.
