Povidl pancakes

Beat eggs in a saucepan with a whorl, introduce carbonated water, salt, sugar, flour into the foam and put the mass in a warm place for 1 hour. The pancakes removed from the pan are placed on a flat plate standing on a pan of hot water. (Pancakes will be warm until the end of baking). Roughly Ouse spread part of each pancake with a fruit povidl and roll pancakes into tubes. Sprinkle the surface with powdered sugar. Heat the cooled pancakes only for a couple: lay the bottom of the pan with pancake without seeing, and put rolled pancakes on it, cover the pan with a lid and put it in a large dish with boiling water.
