Pancakes with cabbage

cut the processed cabbage very finely, salt, let stand and lightly squeeze the juice. put sugar, chopped cabbage, chopped paprika in the warmed fat and simmer until tender (and maximum water loss). dilute the flour with milk, add eggs, salt, water and mix. put the stewed cabbage in the resulting batter (as for pancakes), mix it well again and fry the pancakes in fat. serve a table with butter. in the same way, pancakes can be cooked with apples (instead of cabbage), but take more sugar and add vanillin.
