Pancakes with cabbage

Cook the batter, add the stewed cabbage to it and bake the pancakes. Instead of cabbage, pancake dough can be mixed with finely chopped fresh apples sprinkled with vanillin caster sugar. Method of stewing cabbage: shred a small head of cabbage, salt and set aside for a long time. In 60g of hot fat, add some sugar and heat until the sugar becomes brownish. Add the well-pressed cabbage to it, season with ground black pepper and simmer until brown.
