"tulle" pancakes

yeast is diluted in two glasses of milk, mixed with wheat flour. when the dough comes up, pour in the rubbed yolks, pour in buckwheat flour, salt, sugar, let it come up again. then roll over the dough with a glass of hot milk, add whipped proteins, gently stir. thin pancakes oven.
