Maize flour pancakes

Boil the milk and brew cornmeal with it. Stir well and, covering with a lid, leave to cool. When the mass cools, introduce yeast diluted in warm milk into it, add wheat flour, stir well and put in a warm place. When the dough rises and bubbles appear on the surface, add rubbed yolks, whipped proteins and cream, salt, stir and leave for more fermentation. Cut the finished dough using a spoon OR chumichka and fry pancakes. Serve ready-made hot pancakes with butter or sour cream.
