"tangerine pancakes"

Pour flour into a bowl, add boiling water, stirring with a wooden spoon. It's good to knead the dough on a floured board until it's elastic. Cover with a cloth and allow to stand for at least 30 minutes. Knead the dough again. Form a "sausage" with a diameter of 4 cm and divide into 16 identical pieces. Flatten them with your hand and fold them side by side in pairs. Lubricate one of the cakes with sesame oil, and put the other on top. Roll out this double tortilla with a rolling pin to a diameter of about 15cm. Grease the pan (preferably Teflon) with sesame oil and fry the pancakes on both sides, shaking the pan slightly so that the pancakes do not stick to it. When pale brown spots appear on the pancakes, remove from the pan and divide again into two pancakes. Cover with an inverted plate or wrap in aluminum foil and place on a pot of boiling water
