Apple pancakes

Milk - 1 cup (250 ml), Flour - 1 cup (160 g), Eggs - 4 pcs., Sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons, Apple - 4 pcs., Vegetable oil - 8 tbsp. spoons, Salt - 1 pinch (to taste), Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp (to taste), Sugar powder - 2 tbsp. spoons (to taste)Prepare all necessary products.
How to make pancakes with apples: Separate proteins from yolks. Rub the yolks with sugar.
Dilute the whipped yolks with milk.
Sift the flour and add to the yolks with milk. Stir.
Wash the apples, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
Beat the proteins with salt into foam.
Send the whipped proteins along with the apples to the dough.
Mix carefully. Apple pancake dough is ready.
Heat the pan, pour 2-3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil. Put the dough in a well-heated oil with a tablespoon (1 tbsp dough - 1 pancake). Small pancakes (up to 7 cm in diameter) should be obtained.
Fry pancakes with apples over a medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden. Thus, fry all pancakes, adding oil as needed.
Mix the icing sugar with cinnamon.
