Boil the potatoes, peel, pass through a meat grinder along with cottage cheese and toasted onions. Add salt, pepper. Fry pancakes. Place a little filling evenly on each pancake and fold four times. In a preheated pan with butter, fry the pancakes with the filling on both sides. Serve with sour cream, with mushroom or tomato sauce.
