Spinach is very thoroughly washed from fine sand and dust - each leaf is separate. It is clear that this process is quite laborious, but the result is worth it. Hard cuttings of the plant are cut off and discarded, and spinach leaves are cut into strips, put in a colander and poured with boiling water for a couple of minutes. After the water drains and the greens cool, it remains to be placed in storage utensils, pressed with your hands and put in the freezer.
