Cherries are used to prepare powdlo, jams, confits, compote, wine, tincture and liqueur, and are also used as a filling for baking. In addition, it is often dried and dried. Based on cherry leaves, excellent vitamin tea is obtained, which not only perfectly quenches thirst, but also has a healing effect.

The healing properties of cherries put it on a par with other medicinal plants, even though, due to the appearance of many chemical preparations, people forgot about it. Of course, red-burgundy berries are unusually tasty and healthy, but cherry leaves are no less valuable. By the way, the useful properties of cherry leaves are widely used by many folk medicines.

In addition, cherry leaves are relevant for culinary affairs. As a rule, experienced cooks and simple hostesses use cherry leaves along with blackcurrant and horseradish leaves when making homemade blanks. Crushed fresh cherry leaves, along with a decoction of them, are used for damage to the skin or nasal bleeding as an excellent hemostatic.
