The sweet and slightly spicy aroma of the leaves of the merchant (chervel) resembles the characteristic smell of anise, thanks to which the plant is well combined with many spicy herbs: in particular, basil and tarragon, as well as parsley and others.

What is interesting: he settled there quite firmly, since without this grass it is almost impossible to imagine neither the world famous garni bouquet, nor the classic Finn-erb mixture consisting of fragrant herbs.
